At the age of 12 I got my first camera, a Pentax ME Super 35mm, and I was hooked, trying to capture the world around me. Over the last 40+ years I’ve sought to find the elements around us that are unseen, overlooked and under appreciated - and give them their time to be admired. As I share my time between Davis and Sloat, California, I seek the wild in both places. Water, stone, nature, animals, time and culture have all inspired me and continue to draw me in - I hope they'll inspire you to take a moment and see something new, maybe even take out a camera, or pencil and paper, and appreciate the unseen or overlooked
